- All rugs are covered by a 12 month warranty beginning from purchase date.
- Refunds accepted within 7 days if goods are not used or damaged (unless damaged prior to buyer receiving goods).
- Buyers pay for return delivery expenses.
- Refund will only include cost of the rug. Original shipping cost will be deducted.
